    Snehaveedu Samarppanam


    A house was built for a student, Abhijith under the leadership of the National Service Scheme volunteers of SARBTM Government College koyilandy.
    Abhijit is a student who suffers from cerebral palsy and has limited mobility. On February 20, at a ceremony chaired by Mrs. Kanathil Jamila, Koyilandy MLA, Dr. R. Bindu,Minister of Higher Education hands over the house key to Abhijit.
    The NSS volunteers collected more than Rs 6.5 lakh from the public. Students also participated in the construction activities.A fixed deposit of Rs 1 lakh was given in Abhijit's name and a bed with medical facilities was also provided.
    People's Representatives Sudha kizhakkeppat, CK Sreekumar, MP Akhila, EK Ajith, K Shiju,Principal Dr. C.V Shaji, Program Officers Dr. Siju KD, Dr. Anish PV, Vice Principal Mr. Anwar Sadat, Convenor of Construction Committee Dr. Sreejith E, Secretaries Muhammad Shihabuddin and Nayanaraj spoke on the occasion
    The Snehaveed construction committee is made up of Koyilandi Nagara Sabha Public Works Standing Committee Chairman EK Ajith (Chairman) and Principal Dr.C. V. Shaji( General Convener )and History Department HOD Dr E Sreejith (Convener), Koyilandy Municipal Councillors, Moodadi Panchayat members, teachers, students and public workers.
    NSS leaders Sriraj, Krishna, Arjun, Abhinand and Nandana are leading the activities.
